It all began with one vacation home.
We were simple short-term rental hosts who loved creating great stays and memorable experiences for our guests. Over time, something unexpected kept happening — guests didn’t just want to book the home, they wanted to own part of it.

At first, we laughed it off. But after hearing the same question over and over —

“We love this place, but we don’t want to buy a full-time vacation home. Can we just own a piece of it?”
— we realized we weren’t alone. There was a growing community of people who wanted the joy of vacation-home ownership without the full cost, hassle, or underutilization that comes with going it alone.

From that insight, YieldJump was born.
